Aluminum Body Repair

Aluminum requires an entirely different approach than traditional high-strength steel. We offer specialized aluminum panel extraction, structural bonding, and TIG/MIG welding techniques for luxury vehicles, EVs, and modern trucks.

Technical Scope
  • Specialized aluminum welding (MIG/TIG)
  • Self-piercing riveting (SPR) applications
  • Structural adhesive aluminum bonding
  • Isolated clean-workspace protocols
  • Expert aluminum dent extraction
Defect Analysis
  • Torn aluminum fenders, hoods, or liftgates
  • Bent aluminum structural rails
  • Deep stretching from varied collisions
  • Galvanic corrosion issues
The Standard

Aluminum has virtually no structural 'memory' like steel, and it is highly susceptible to galvanic corrosion if it contacts steel dust during repair. This mandates completely separate tools, a specialized clean workspace, and advanced technical certification to prevent the metal from cracking under stress.

Operational Flow
01

Workspace Isolation

Moving the vehicle to a dedicated aluminum bay to prevent metallurgical cross-contamination.

02

Damage Analysis

Determining if the aluminum has stretched beyond safe repair parameters.

03

Thermal Manipulation

Using strictly controlled heat to anneal the aluminum for reshaping.

04

Bonding & Riveting

Utilizing aerospace-grade adhesives and SPRs rather than traditional welding where dictated by the OEM.

05

Specialized Primer

Applying specific chemical primers required for paint adhesion to raw aluminum.
